SoberRide offers free lifts home on St. Patrick's Day

The Washington Regional Alcohol Program will offer rides home to St. Patrick's Day revelers through SoberRide from 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17 until 4:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 18 in an effort to prevent drinkers from driving the roads.
