| Samsung responds to the problem of Galaxy S9 screen crashes at some users |
Yesterday it spreaded the reports of a problem encountered by some users in the screen of the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus and the reports were published in the developers forum and the site Reddit.
The problem is summed up in the touch disables in some areas on the screen and the problem is based according to more reports on the top of the screen so that users not possible handle the shortcuts of the alerts area and not even deal with the notifications and the same case at the bottom of the screen when using the keyboard.
Samsung replied today in an official statement that it is always looking for her customer satisfaction and therefore it will communicate with customers regarding this problem and investigate her cause and treatment, and the company requested of who are exposed to any similar problems communication with nearest Samsung agent urgently.
