Google provided a simple and easy way in the latest update to the Chrome browser that allows users to easily export passwords to a single file that can be used in other browsers or password management applications for easy transition.

Under Update Chrome 64 or later you can access the following address from the address bar: chrome://flags/#password-export

Then change the password export status from Deafault to Enabled and then restart the browser by pressing the Relaunch button or closing it and reopening it.

Now go to Settings and from the Passwords and forms section choose Manage passwords and from the list of three points next to the saved passwords choose Export and a CSV file containing all the passwords and user names of the sites you saved in your browser will be created.

You can import this file into any browser that supports importing passwords from a CSV file or importing them into password management applications such as Lastpass or 1Password and will be available wherever you are, whether on smartphones or PCs.
