THE MOVIE
Bawarchi (1972) is a film based on teaching a deep lesson to its viewers in a delicate, easy & heart-touching fashion. The film is one of the best ones of Bollywood Industries featuring no violence and simply a Family Comedy film, based on small incidents. Even though it's a movie, released about 42 years ago, it has attained good audience and is still remember-able. The score of 7.8/10 on the tough IMDB shows the same.
Comedy, Drama would be the correct genre for it. Bawarchi (1972) deals with the Family system and makes an effort to save the families, breaking down by Emotions of Anger, Regret, Jealousy, etc. Rajesh Khanna plays the key role of Bawarchi, Raghu in the film. Lets have a story description (not complete) now:
Bawarchi, a Hindi word meaning Chef, tells the story of a queer Bawarchi, who enters a family and does good for them. It's about Sharma Family, who lives in their house Shanti Niwas, translation- Home of Peace, is a place full of ironies. That's where a good touch of comedy is added to the film. Although named Home of Peace, the people in the house quarrel a lot. The extent of the Predicament is this high that even a serene chef cannot withstand the location more than a month.
After about a month, there's always a transition in the Chef of the house. But one fine day, comes Raghu (Rajesh Khanna), in want of a job for being the Chef. The two wants match & Raghu gets the job of being Shanti Niwas' new Chef. As the time passes by, with his Man-Mohak (attractive to mind) nature, good Music and dancing talents, Raghu wins the Heart of even the nastiest members of the Sharma Family.
But Raghu has slipped into the House and Hearts of the Sharma Family with a different aim. Unwittingly, Sharmas also display their Jewel Box to Raghu. Will that have something to do with Raghu's actual motto? Let's find out by watching Bawarchi (1972) Full Movie online on Youtube for Free.
