USA: AT&T releases the Samsung Galaxy Express GoPhone, Galaxy Express 3, and Galaxy J3






Trio of Samsung Smartphones Available to AT&T Customers Beginning April 1 .

AT&T* is continuing to expand its industry leading selection of Samsung devices with a trio of new smartphones. Starting today, you will be able to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Express Prime GoPhone at www.att.com and AT&T stores. Samsung Galaxy J3 and Galaxy Express 3 will be available in the same channels starting May 6.

Available exclusively with AT&T, the Galaxy Express Prime GoPhone features the latest Android Marshmallow operating system and a 2600mAh battery, so you can move between your favorite apps quickly and easily throughout the day. 

Enjoy an enhanced video viewing experience with Galaxy Express Prime’s 5 inch Super AMOLED display. Additionally, the phone’s Easy Mode lets you customize your home screen to your personal preferences with larger, easier to read icons.

The Galaxy Express Prime GoPhone is available exclusively at AT&T for $129.99 in dark gray.
The Galaxy Express Prime flaunts a 5-inch (1280×720 pixels) HD Super AMOLED display that offers a pixel density of 294ppi and Gorilla Glass 4 laid on top of it for protection. Under the hood, the smartphone comes equipped with Exynos 3475 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz clubbed with 1.5GB of RAM for smooth performance. It has 16GB of built-in storage and also includes a microSD card slot for further expansion of memory upto 128GB. It supports dual sim dual standby and runs on latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow based TouchWiz UI overlaid.

On the camera cordon, the smartphone sports a 5MP rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP front-facing camera for video calling and selfie images. It includes standard connectivity options like 4G-LTE/3G HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, GPS and microUSB 2.0 port. The Samsung Galaxy Express 3 is the most affordable among all the three devices. The Galaxy Express 3 comes with almost similar specifications as the Galaxy Express Prime with just a few minor changes. The device features smaller 4.5-inch Super AMOLED display, 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2050mAh battery that is rated to deliver upto 12 hours of talk time. The device comes with a polycarbonate body and is available in White color option.

The Galaxy J3 has Samsung Knox support and 256-bit encryption with which we can expect high-level security for business users.

The device has 16GB of built-in storage and also includes a microSD card slot for further expansion of memory upto 128GB. The smartphone comes equipped with a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front shooter for video calling and selfie clicks. It powers a 2600mAh battery that can easily last for an entire day on mixed usage and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box. The Galaxy J3 costs $5.67 per month for 30 months under the Next24 Plan and will also be available for sale starting May 6th along with Galaxy Express 3.
