Microsoft is acquiring SwiftKey for its work on artificial intelligence

Microsoft is about to acquire Swiftkey, the popular keyboard for iOS and Android, for a whooping $250 million. The acquisition is not yet announced but according to the Financial Times report, an announcement from Microsoft is due later in this week.
