Motorola gave the Moto X (2014) a price cut to $299.99 off-contract in the United States after $50 rebate. The pricing is available for both the US carrier versions and the unlocked variant of the smartphone through the end of the month.
Of course, users will be able to customize their device in Moto Maker. The above pricing is for a Moto X with 16GB of built-in memory. Upgrading to 32GB or 64GB costs $50 and $100 respectively.
Furthermore, Motorola will offer buyers in the United States the opportunity to try the smartphone for 30 days risk-free. In case they dont like the device, buyers can return it with no fees or restocking charges.
Customers who dont like their initial color choice will be given the option to have another go at Moto Maker. In short, Motorola really wants you to buy the Moto X (2014).
With a successor reportedly on the way it is hardly a surprise that Motorola gave the Moto X (2014) a price cut. The new pricing will make the device a stylish alternative to the OnePlus One and Asus ZenFone 2.
