The successor to the Oppo Find 7 will most probably be called Find 9 and not Find 8. This was confirmed as the Find 9 was recently spotted in some promotional materials of Guangzhou Mobile's (a Chinese carrier) upcoming 4G LTE Cat.9 network.
The leak (see image above) suggests that the device will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 SoC. And given that it's already in carrier testing, the handset could be released soon.
Previous leaks about the Find 9 have revealed that the device will have 4GB of RAM and 5.5 display, and will run Android Lollipop OS out of the box.
