Micro-updates to fix Lollipop issues on Samsung devices

Tags: Samsung, Android

Earlier this month, Samsung acknowledged Galaxy S5 Lollipop update issues, with its UK subsidiary promising to roll out micro-updates to help resolve them. Now, the branch has revealed that the micro-updates are being prepared for various Samsung devices facing Lollipop update issues.

Samsung UK made the revelation in a reply to a query on its Twitter feed (see image above). In the meantime, the company is suggesting users to try a factory reset of their device, saying that "other users have found this helped resolve issues."

It isn't, however, clear when these micro-updates will roll out. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Core Prime has started receiving the Lollipop update in Poland.
