Some early Samsung Galaxy Note 4 adopters reported an imperfect construction on their flagship phablets a business card fits in the gap between the screen and the metal frame. Now Samsung has come out with an official statement on the matter but it's mostly PR talk.
"The reported issue does not impact the functionality or quality of the Galaxy Note 4. We assure our customers that all Galaxy Note 4 units meet our strict manufacturing and quality control standards," reads Samsung's statement sent to Trusted Reviews.
So, Samsung is aware of the issue but doesnt consider it a deviation of its "strict" standards. Not all Galaxy Note 4 units are affected by the issue and the company didnt say if it will correct the problem in future units.
Pre-orders for Samsung's new flagship phablet are already underway in the States and European markets like the UK and Germany. The Galaxy Note 4 launched earlier than planned in its home country of South Korea.
