Adrian Clark, 20, of Wheatley Road, Garsington, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Oxford on January 16. Also admitted failing to surrender to Oxford Magistrates' Court on January 16. Given a 12-month conditional discharge, fined A 60 and told to pay a A 20 victims' surcharge and A 50 costs.
