RTA introduces smart system to recognise codes of paid parking zones

WAM DUBAI, 16th February, 2014 -- The Roads and Transport Authority, RTA, has recently developed a new application for mobile phones to facilitate the payment of parking fees under its continuous endeavours to come up with the best and most expedient means of accessing the service.
