As we reported earlier, Sony is all set to release its Xperia C mid-range Android smartphone in the Indian market. The phone is currently on pre-order at Flipkart and Saholic.com for INR 20,490 with expected availability of next week.
Originally announced in June this year, Sony Xperia C is the first smartphone from the company to come with a MediaTek SoC. It packs a 5-inch display, 8MP camera and Android 4.1. You can check key specifications later in the post.
Sony Xperia C will be competing with Samsung's Galaxy Grand Duos smartphone in the country, which has turned out to be quite popular thanks to its affordable pricing and 5-inch display.
Xperia C will be released in White, Black and Purple colour options.
