Simmtronics launches XPAD Freedom tablet - Times of India



NEW DELHI: Simmtronics has expanded its tablet portfolio in the country with the launch of XPAD Freedom tablet.

Being touted as the world's most advanced 3G tablet, XPAD runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS and has 2G and 3G-enabled calling facilities.


The dual-SIM device comes with a 7.85-inch IPS capacitive touchscreen with 1024 X 768 resolution along with 19.9 cm IPS Retina Screen.


It is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quadcore processor and 1GB RAM. It has a 5MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera. In terms of memory, it has 8GB in-built storage which can be extended upto 32 GB via MicroSD card slot.


In terms of connectivity, it has 2G, 3G, USB support and Bluetooth 4.0. It is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery and has three axle load sensors with automatic four directions display.


The device bundles a cover worth Rs 1990.


The device, priced at Rs 13,999, is available at all leading electronic stores across the country.
