Apple has discovered that a limited number of its MacBook Pros have problems with their battery, and so offer a replacement for a new battery for free.

The problems were found in the 13-inch computers manufactured during the period between October 2016 and October 2017 and they do not carry a touch bar above the keyboard. And through this page you can find out if your device is damaged and deserve compensation and repair or not by entering the serial number of the device within the dedicated tape.

Apple says that if your device is eligible to replace the battery, you can do so through a company store or authorized dealership or send the machine by mail to repair centers. If you have a device that benefits from the free replacement and has already done so at his expense, he can contact the company to ask about the possibility of compensating him with a financial amount for replacement fees or not.
