Amazon Echo got a very useful update today so that the user can pronounce voice commands sequentially without having to say Hey Alexa command every time.

Amazon calls this feature "Follow-Up Mode" where Alexa will listen for 5 seconds after the first command is executed and if the user pronounces another order in which it will be executed without having to re-pronounce Hey Alexa again and so on.

But Alexa still lacks the command-line support feature so you can send more than one voice command at once, but you'll need to send it separately and sequentially. This update will make it a little easier.

You can always stop the conversation and the command line through thank you or Stop.

Note that this update is not available by default to everyone, but you need to join the feature via Echo device settings from your smartphone and it may be available by default later.
