Windows 7 support comes to an end since today.

Starting today January 13, Microsoft will no longer offer free support for Windows 7 since the company want you to upgrade to Windows 8.

Windows 7 was released in 2009 . Microsoft sold 100 million copies in 6 months and remains hugely popular. More stable than Windows Vista predecessor and more familiar than its radically redesigned sucessor Windows 8.

Windows 7 is estimated to be running half of the PCs around the globe.

Alternative you can wait for Windows 10 later this year. Microsoft will hold a press conference in January 21st to announce the latest news about Windows 10 along side with Windows Phone 10 as well. We hope Microsoft will announce a Windows 10 final launch date at the event.
