Motorola may be getting ready to unveil the much rumored Moto X+1 soon. And it would be about time, with almost a year passing since its predecessor was announced.
Speaking of which, the Moto X can now be yours starting at $299.99 sans contract, $100 less than its normal price. This is possible thanks to a specific promo code which you can use on the Moto Maker website to get the discount.
It allows you to save $100 on the 16GB model, and $125 for the ones with higher storage capacities.
So the 32GB Moto X is now going for $324.99, while the 64GB SKU will enter your life if you part with $374.99 of your hard earned cash.
All you need to do to take advantage of this offer is order a Moto X through Moto Maker before July 23, and once you've added the handset to your cart apply the promo code "MBXISMOT". Then the magic automatically happens and the price is lowered to the new levels.
The Moto X is still a good enough performer, even if in terms of hardware innards nowadays it can be viewed only as a mid-range offering. It comes with decent pricing, though (even more so from today), near-stock Android, and fast OS updates (at least so far), all of which make it a good fit for many.
