LG announces G2 mini globally, will hit stores in April

LG G2 mini, the compact version of the company's flagship smartphone, the LG G2 was unveiled at this year's Mobile World Congress. The official announcement did not spread light on the availability details of the smartphone, but we now know that the smartphone will be available across the globe, starting next month.







The LG G2 mini will be available in three versions and four color options - titan black, lunar white, red and gold, but the selection of the variant and its paint jobs is region dependent. The roll out will begin in CIS countries followed by markets such as Europe, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa. The pricing of the G2 mini will vary from region to region and the company will announce it locally in the coming weeks.




To remind you, the LG G2 mini comes with a 4.7-inch qHD display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset or 1.7 GHz Nvidia Tegra 4i processor. The device features 1 GB of RAM, 8 megapixel or 13 megapixel rear camera, 1.3 megapixel front facing shooter and 8 GB of internal memory with the ability to expand it via microSD card.
