WASHINGTON: Google is reportedly said to be partnering with LG for its next range of Nexus smartphones.
A Gizmodo Germany report has claimed that the search giant has again assigned LG to design the next-gen Nexus 6 device.
According to Cnet, the device is said to be a 'lightweight' version of the LG G2 and include a Quad HD (1,440x2,560 pixels) display, a 64-bit processor, and a 16 megapixel rear camera.
Google and LG have earlier partnered for Nexus 4, Nexus 5, and a Google Play Edition LG G Pad 8.3.
Google's Sundar Pichai recently said that the Nexus 6 would not arrive before the third quarter and so; the new smartphone could be unveiled at the Google
I/O conference in late June this year.
