Google Now gives user the access to view sports scores, weather data, news items etc. "Rolling out today, @Google Now cards will be available to signed-in Chrome users on desktop or laptop computers," tweeted Google Chrome.
Internet users can now use this service via Windows, Mac and Chrome OS web browsers.
"If you use Google Now on your mobile device, you can see certain Now cards on your desktop computer if you're signed into Chrome, including weather, sports scores, commute traffic, and event reminders cards. Some of these cards may be based on the location of your mobile device," Google said in a statement.
It took Google more than 12 month to make this feature available for desktop users.
