Google recently announced selling its failing Motorola Mobility unit to PC maker Lenovo and Apple CEO Tim Cook believes it was most logical as the search giant was anyhow 'not committed' to the venture it acquired for a whopping $12.5 billion.

Cook pointed that Motorola unit was a financial disaster for Google, adding that it is hard to do hardware, software and services and link them together, something that he said Apple is the leader in.

According to The Verge, the CEO further took dig at Google's Android OS, calling the experience on its tablets 'crappy,' because the app is nothing more than a stretched out smartphone app.

In response to Google's high-profile acquisition of connect devices maker, Nest, Cook said that Apple isn't reluctant to buy large companies, the challenge, however, is to find a good match.
