NEW DELHI: Google's Nexus 5 smartphone has been listed on the company's online marketplace since its global unveiling and is slated to be launched soon in the country. And it may hit the Indian market as soon as next week.
A tweet by Mumbai-based mobile retailer Mahesh Telecom says that LG, which manufactures the Nexus 5 for Google, is sending stocks of the new smartphone in retail outlets. The company will sell the 16GB variant of Nexus 5 for Rs 29,990, Rs 1,000 more than Google's price for the same model. The stocks will arrive in stores by Monday and carry official LG India warranty, says the tweet.
