Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) today launched the industry first integrated service mobile application 'Hyundai Care'. The Hyundai Care service mobile application will be available on Android and iOS platform for Hyundai customers. The mobile application will assist the customers with all forms of service support, service network, car service calculator and service appointment etc. The multifaceted Hyundai Care application can be downloaded from Google Play Store and subsequently from Apple iTunes store.
The application provides users an experience to enjoy the services offered by Hyundai and with the click of a single button the enhanced selection process takes over. This GPS enabled application also facilitates user an effortless pan India dealer search on a real time basis. Innovative features like GPS enabled trip meter, reviewing vehicle service history, labour charges, insurance calculator, timely service reminder & offering notifications etc. will be a part of this application. Also, the application facilitates HMIL customers to connect 24x7 with Hyundai emergency service or road side assistance.
Commenting on the launch of the Hyundai Care, Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Sr. Vice President Sales & Marketing, HMIL said, "We have developed Hyundai Care service mobile app to provide features that give real- time benefits to the customer. We feel the Hyundai Care application will allow them to experience Hyundai services in a digitize and exciting new platform. This is another step in leveraging the potential of mobile technology to offer convenience and value to our customers."
With the Hyundai mobile application, the company emphasis on its core value of connecting closely with its customers and increase the transparency in its services by providing an opportunity to the users to give feedback regarding the dealer and the availed services. One can integrate their calendar with the application and get reminders about various activities, share updates on Hyundai India Facebook and Twitter and receive instant offers by the company.
